Annual Fees Management of Various Intellectual Property Rights
After obtaining Japanese intellectual property rights (patent, utility model, design, and trademark rights), it is necessary to pay annual fees (patent fees, utility model registration fees, design registration fees, and trademark registration fees and renewal fees) in Japanese yen to the JPO to maintain these rights. Since we have a system in place to automatically process these annual fees management tasks using our proprietary program, management and payment for annual fees of Japanese intellectual property rights can be provided at low prices. Even if your intellectual property rights have been granted by other Japanese patent firms, you may request us to handle only the annuity administration.
Payments for annual fees can also be made to the United States, Canada, Europe (EP), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Italy, Korea, China, Taiwan, Germany, France, and Australia at low prices.
Translation Services into Japanese
We provide translation services from Chinese or English to Japanese. A translator specializing in patent translation will translate into Japanese, and after a Japanese patent attorney has checked it, the document will be submitted to the Japan Patent Office. This allows us to provide translations of satisfactory quality at reasonable prices.
